2. Description of Services

GoTruckingUSA is a privately owned commercial trucking compliance and registration service company. We assist carriers, owner-operators, and fleet managers with the preparation and submission of applications, registrations, filings, and permits, including but not limited to:

• USDOT Number registration and updates
• MC Number / FMCSA Operating Authority
• Apportioned Registration (IRP)
• IFTA license and quarterly filings
• Heavy Vehicle Use Tax (Form 2290)
• VIN Verification
• California CA Number and Motor Carrier Permit
• State permits including New Mexico WDT, New York HUT, Kentucky KYU, and Oregon HUT

GoTruckingUSA is not a government agency. Our services are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or provided by the FMCSA, IRS, California DMV, or any other state or federal government agency.

3. Client Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information required to complete your requested services
• Promptly notify us of any changes to information that may affect your filings or registrations
• Understand that GoTruckingUSA acts as your authorized representative or filing agent, not as a legal or regulatory authority
• Ensure that you have the authority to authorize us to submit filings on your behalf
• Comply with all applicable federal and state trucking regulations independently of our services

Providing false or misleading information may result in rejected filings, government penalties, or termination of services without refund.

4. Fees and Payment

Our service fees are separate from any government fees, taxes, or filing costs imposed by federal or state agencies. Our fees cover our professional services only. You are responsible for all applicable government fees unless explicitly stated otherwise in a service agreement.

Payment is due at the time services are rendered unless other arrangements are made in writing. We reserve the right to modify our service fees at any time with reasonable notice.

5. Refund Policy

Service fees are non-refundable once work has commenced on your filing or registration. If a filing is rejected due to incorrect information provided by the client, additional fees may apply to re-file. Government fees paid on your behalf are non-refundable and governed by the applicable agency's policies.

If GoTruckingUSA is unable to complete a service due to circumstances within our control, we will provide a full refund of our service fee.

6. Processing Times

Processing times are estimates and may vary depending on government agency workloads, incomplete information, or circumstances beyond our control. GoTruckingUSA is not liable for delays caused by government agencies, third parties, or acts of nature. Expedited services are subject to availability.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our website and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

GoTruckingUSA does not warrant that our services will result in approval by any government agency. Approval decisions are made solely by the relevant government authority.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, GoTruckingUSA, LLC, its officers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of profits, or fines imposed by government agencies.

In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the amount of fees paid by you to GoTruckingUSA for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of GoTruckingUSA, LLC and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any content without our prior written consent.

10. Privacy

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
